Should you wish to, your charter broker can liaise with the yacht to provide you with the list of crew members so you can get familiar with their names and faces before your charter starts. You may even have the opportunity for a phone call to chat with the captain if there are any specific requirements that should only be discussed between you and the Captain, for medial reasons for example. However, it is usually impossible to meet with the Captain and Crew before the charter starts ; very simply because they are probably busy preparing the vessel for your arrival, after they have finished the previous charter and waved goodbye to other guests
