The Magnet, Belongas Bay

Situated in the open waters of Belongas Bay, Lombok, is a pinnacle known as the Magnet, which rises up to the surface from 80 metres. Suitable for advanced divers only, the site is resplendent in colourful soft coral and red-toothed triggerfish. Massive schools of barracuda, trevally, eagle rays and hammerheads also frequent the area, with white tip reef sharks often seen hanging out in the cave at 20 metres.
