Ideal for Winter Season
Cruising through the British Virgin Islands is the perfect setting for a luxury charter yacht experience. Whether it’s your first or a hundredth time onboard a luxury vessel, a tour around these beautiful islands will be a trip that you will never forget. Perfect for diving enthusiasts, beach lovers or all round adrenaline junkies, the British Virgin Islands have it all. Starting off on Tortola, your personal crew will charter through the islands taking you to all the best spots and show you some hidden treasures along the way.
- Day 1
Tortola & Norman Island
Get settled in for a magical journey
Meeting up with your chosen luxury charter yacht and your crew at Road Town on the island of Tortola, your first day wil set the boundary for the amazing week ahead.
Unpack your belongings and famiiarise yourself with your luxury charter yacht over a glass of champagne as your crew raise the anchor and begin the journey to your first port of call, Norman Island.
On route keep your eyes peeled to spot rising rocks towering out of the sea. This collection of rock faces are known as The Indians. Your crew will stop here for a while so you can have your first snorkelling adventure. Swim around the rocks to have your first look at some of the stunning marine life in this area. As a reward, your crew will then continue and take you to the best bar in the British Virgin Islands. A floating pirate ship. No other words necessary.
Norman Island itself features many caves which are said to have been the inspiration behind the novel Treasure Island. Although there isn’t any real treasure here, you will find some gems as you explore the caves. Stick around on the pretty beaches as the sun goes down for a delicious beach barbeque, and maybe round two at the floating bar.
- Day 2
Peter Island
Experience bare-footed bliss in secluded surrounds
A mere 5 miles from Tortola, Peter Island is largely undeveloped but holds a great amount of charm.
Start the day with a bike ride along one of the picturesque cycle trails. The indigenous flora and fauna create a beautiful backdrop for holiday photos and the views are definitely worth the peddling efforts. Take a break along the way with a light brunch before heading back towards the coast. If you don’t fancy cycling there are also some stunning hiking trails to explore.
Out of the many beaches on Peter Island, the largest beach is Deadman’s Bay. Named after drowned pirates were found on the sands, the beach stretches out at aabout a mile long. This popular luxury charter yacht destination is palm fringed and is equipped with a bar and restaurant, which share the dead man theme. The food is well received here so have a night away from your luxury charter yacht and try some barbeque ribs or other grilled favourites.
- Day 3
Salt & Cooper Island
Scuba dive a unique wreck
Day three of your luxury charter yacht tour of the British Virgin Islands takes you to not one but two different islands.
The first stop is Salt Island. Your main reason for visiting this small island is to visit an interesting dive site. Taking the plunge into the depths you will find the dive site known as the Wreck Of The Rhone. Dating back nearly 150 years this wreck features an old Royal Mail ship. During its journey from Southampton there was a big storm which signified the ship’s fate. Today she is covered in corals and is inhabited by fascinating marine creatures. In addition to the many species of fish you can also see some eels here.
Out of the water and onto the second port of call for the day, Cooper Island is completely different and takes you back to civilization. The island features a family-run resort that includes a top-notch restaurant, a boutique, rum bar and an inviting coffee shop. After indulging in some light refreshments, treat yourself to a relaxing afternoon in the spa.
Finish off your day with a nightcap on the decking of your luxury charter yacht underneath the stars.

Leaving Cooper Island first thing your crew will charter the luxury vessel passed the privately owned Ginger Island. The views of the island are quite impressive but your adventure lies on Virgin Gorda.
Anchoring down off the coast you have the opportunity to explore some mangroves by tender. Enjoy the quiet ambience of the island as you leisurely glide through the water and then continue on to the island’s major highlight.
The Baths are an incredible natural gift which act like natural whirlpool baths. Filled with seawater, these baths are a hit with all visitors and are a welcome treat from the heat of the sun. Don’t forget your camera as the scenes surrounding the baths are beautiful. The big granite boulders and backdrop of palms add a spa-like setting to these thoroughly enjoyable rock pools.
On your second day at Virgin Gorda your crew will take you round to North Sound which faces a pretty collection of small islands. This area has plenty of protection for anchorages and it also hosts some exclusive resorts. Jump ashore to indulge in some high quality dining and hit the waves for some kiteboarding.
