We connect you with our partner BrokerFinder who will match your requirements to an appropriate third party Charter Broker who will assist you finding and booking a yacht on your behalf. YachtCharterFleet does not verify or endorse the yachts or advise which yacht to charter or on what terms. If you charter a yacht, you will deal directly with the broker and we are not involved in the transaction. We never charge you anything.
In registering as a prospective client you acknowledge that we may receive commissions and details of your trips booked. In consideration of our introduction of you to third parties you hereby irrevocably agree and warrant that you and your affiliates shall not, directly or indirectly, interfere with, circumvent, attempt to circumvent, avoid or bypass our right and ability to receive such commissions whether by encouraging or soliciting that commissions are not paid or are not paid in the full amount to another broker or entity or otherwise; and you further agree not to otherwise interfere with any contractual relationships or understandings to gain any benefit, whether such benefit is monetary or otherwise. You also undertake not to make use of any third party to circumvent our rights.
