One of the largest social superyacht gatherings in the world, the Annual Boys and Girls Clubs Rendezvous will be back with another sparkling edition in November.
In fall 2018, guests will spend three days on Fisher Island, Miami, partaking in traditional weekend favourites such as the popular ‘Dine Around the Docks’ Yacht Hop.
Last year’s star-studded edition celebrated the rendezvous’ 30th anniversary. Running for three decades now, the event has raised over $30 million to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County and the 12,500 at-risk youths it serves.
The weekend will begin on Thursday evening with a VIP welcome reception and this will be followed by the famous yacht hop on Friday night. Attendees donning fancy dress based on this year's superhero theme are invited aboard the yachts as owners pull out all the stops to wow their guests.
There will also be an invitation-only formal gala dinner with auctions and world-class entertainment. At last year’s show, international pop star Jason Derulo, who credits his Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County experience as playing a key part in his success, performed his very best hits.
Owners donate money to the charity based on the size of their luxury yacht, while individuals pay a one-off fee to attend. For further details, speak to your preferred charter broker.
