Palma Superyacht Show 2014

Following the success of the premiere event held in May 2013, the Palma Superyacht Brokerage & Charter Show will return in 2014 with a new name.

Now titled the Palma Superyacht Show, the event is for motor and sailing yachts over 24 meters in length that are available for both charter and sale and will be held within Boat Show Palma. The yacht show will have a larger area next year, enabling more yachts to be showcased and more companies to attend.

The brokers that attended last years show included Camper & Nicholsons, Burgess, Ocean Independece and Fraser Yachts, all of whom were delighted with the results of the show. "The timing of the show around the 1st of May holiday and its location right in the heart of Palma, makes it a very attractive show for international visitors to attend. Together with the recently approved exemption of the Spanish matriculation tax for charter yachts over 15 metres this will further confirm its success”, explained Marc Händle from Ocean Independence.

The only Brokerage and Charter Show organised by the industry, it is open to any company whose primary business is yachts over 24 metres long.

We had 43 yachts exhibiting this year and with the extended area we will increase the number of berths available to around 65, all above 24 metres.
