The 34th Rolex Middle Sea Race is set to begin on 19th October 2013 and will once again present a challenging, but rewarding race to all that attend.
The Rolex Middle Sea Race is a highly rated offshore classic regatta that presents participating yachts and their crews with changeable and challenging conditions alongside breathtaking scenery.
Covering 606 nautical miles, the race begins in the Grand Harbour, Valletta and finishes at Marsamxett Harbour. The course takes competitors close to numerous islands, which form markers for the course, and offers participants stunning views of a multitude of diverse landscapes.
The current record was established in 2007 by "Rambler" - 1 day, 23 hours, 55 minutes 3 seconds.
