Omakase is the Japanese word for ‘I leave it up to you’, so guests will place their trust in Chef to choose all the dishes using products that have been acquired that day. Prepared behind a sleek wooden bar where you take your seat, the restaurant’s dishes include traditional Japanese favourites like unagi temaki and lobster nigiri. 

With the minimalist wooden interior, Chef Walter Sidovaricus’ restaurant exudes Japanese tradition.
