Café Des Artistes

Founded by Chef Thierry Blouet, who was born in Puerto Rico and raised in France, he brings his French culinary flair to Mexico with a carefully crafted menu using only the freshest, organic and locally produced ingredients.

Offering up French classics with a Mexican twist, the dishes are a degustation masterpiece in themselves, accompanied by an impressive retinue of wines from a wine cellar with capacity for over 2,500 wines of 450 different labels, ensuring exquisite pairing with each meal.

Sample menu dishes include Sauteed Foie Gras A l'Orange, Duck Magret with Tamarind and Guava Sauce and Orchid Chocolate Fondant

The ambience is assuredly exclusive, with a romantic setting that enjoys magnificent hilltop views. The restaurant offers its patrons different dining experiences, with its alfresco dining area bedecked like a garden of eden with lush vegetation and tendrils of flowers cascading down the pillars, and an elegant interior that is the perfect setting for intimate meals, with teardrop-shaped crystals hanging from the ceiling in its exclusive "Drop Room". 

The restaurant is open Tues-Sun 17.30 to 23.00.
