The recently built 45m/148ft luxury motor yacht ‘Flying Dragon’ has been shortlisted for a 2015 International Yacht & Aviation Award in the ‘Power Yacht over 40 metres’ category.
Prior to making her world premiere at the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show, ‘Flying Dragon’ was delivered to her experienced Owner by Admiral Yachts in early September. With her eye-catching dragon hull graphics designed by Dobroserdov and sleek interior styling by Luca Dini, she has become a stylish addition to the global charter fleet and will be available for her first season of Caribbean yacht charters from December onwards.
Built under the project name ‘Capri’, the Owner’s brief for ‘Flying Dragon’ was to create a fast, modern yacht capable of comfortable world cruising. As such she has been given very generous living areas throughout, all finished in an elegant, contemporary design with Asian influences and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. Outdoors, guests can enjoy relaxing and entertaining on the sizeable sundeck which plays host to a Jacuzzi, large al fresco dining and ample sun pads. A hard top covering part of this deck provides shaded respite from the sun and can be covered when necessary with Arab tents.
Notable amenities on board include a cinema and bar with a selection of sumptuous seating areas, luxurious fitted out with dark wood furniture and Tabu lati chocolate parquet. Also situated on the main deck is her impressive full-beam master suite with huge windows, private balcony, his and hers dressing rooms, beautiful black marble bathroom with sauna and private balcony. A further four guest staterooms can be found on the lower deck to include two VIP cabins and two twins, all with ensuite.
