Part of the global charter fleet since 2009, Ocean Emerald has a unique backstory as the first of a series of three identical yachts designed by Sir Norman Foster.
Delivered by Italian shipyard Rodriquez Yachts, she was followed by M/Y Ocean Pearl in the autumn 2009 and M/Y Ocean Sapphire in the early part of 2010 - with plans for a fourth member of the Foster & Partners 'Ocean' series (planned for late 2010) never seeing the light of day.
Built for fractional ownership company which allows people to pay for a 1/8th shared ownership and spend a certain amount of time on board, the contemporary-styled Ocean Emerald maximises light and space (with 30% more interior and exterior space than similar vessels) and has five suites for up to 12 guests.
