The latest addition to the prestigious CRN fleet has just been launched from their Ferretti Group shipyard in Ancona. The stunning all-aluminium 52m (171ft) superyacht CIAO (previously known by her hull name CRN 142) hit the water for the first time on Saturday and is now ready for final finishing and sea trials before being delivered to her owner. It is expected that her delivery will take place later this year.
The Italian yard worked closely with the owner and design teams at both Omega Architects – who penned her exterior lines – and Massari Design, who were responsible for her exterior and interior living spaces. Her styling features full height tinted glazing allowing guests to enjoy glorious wide vistas while still retaining the utmost privacy.
Her 4-deck layout has also been designed to create harmonious unity between her interior and exterior spaces, along with an array of relaxing and comfortable alfresco social zones, which was an integral element of the owner’s brief.
Highlights on board the 499 GT yacht include a wide range of social and dining options, a generous on-deck owner’s suite and 4 commodious VIP cabins, all taking advantage of her wide 9-meter beam, as well as a sprawling sun deck offering a relaxing daytime hangout, featuring a versatile lounging area and “sun zone” replete with Jacuzzi, sun pads and convenient bar for all-day refreshments.
A perfect fusion of creative excellence and bespoke design.
It is expected that superyacht CIAO will undertake sea trials later this year. Upon delivery, It is not yet known whether she will be available for luxury yacht charters.
