The official video of Day 1 at the 2014 Dubai International Boat Show has been released, featuring highlights of the opening day at the Middle East’s most anticipated superyacht meeting
The video was produced by our friends over at YachtsXL and provides overview of the superyachts on display this year, the buzzing atmosphere along the docks and the spectacular backdrop of Dubai. More than 26,500 visitors from over 76 countries are expected to attend the 22nd edition of the Dubai Boat Show, eager to see the impressive line-up of luxury yachts and product and services from over 840 leading international, regional and local exhibitors.
Although not officially in the show’s programme, the recently sold 88m/288’7 superyacht QUATTROELLE can be seen taking pride of place in the Dubai Marina, alluding to the ever-expanding yacht market in the region.
Featured interviews from the yachting industry’s leading professionals offer an indication of what is to be expected this year including Rory Trahair of Edmiston who is attending with the largest yacht in the show– the 88.5m charter yacht NIRVANA. Robert Tan of OceanCo also discusses the importance of the Dubai Yacht Show for networking amongst clients, builders and designers alike.
