With her sleek blue-grey hull and pristine white superstructure, Project 713 is more than just a visual marvel; she is a testament to Feadship's commitment to achieving climate neutrality by 2030. The yacht's exterior, masterfully designed by Studio De Voogt, is a harmonious blend of elegance and functionality. Inside, the contemporary design by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design offers a luxurious yet eco-friendly ambiance. A first for Feadship, Project 713 features solar cells for auxiliary power generation, diesel-electric propulsion, and the capability to run on non-fossil HVO. These innovations give an insight into the future where consumers will be able to choose luxury charter yachts which prioritize sustainability over legacy superyachts.

The solar panels, crafted with the most efficient silicon cells available and custom-made in the Netherlands, contribute significantly to the yacht's energy efficiency. They are expected to produce up to 24 MWh annually. The yacht's high-efficiency, diesel-electric power system is supported by four generators and a 400 kWh battery, ensuring energy is efficiently used for propulsion and hotel load.

Project 713 also stands out as the first new-build Feadship to feature FSC-certified plantation teak for all decking, ensuring the wood is harvested sustainably. These features have earned the yacht an impressive score on the Yacht Environmental Transparency Index (YETI), placing her 35% below the average environmental impact. This achievement is largely due to the yacht’s various efficiency-enhancing features, which more than compensate for any losses incurred by electrical conversions on board.

Shinny paintwork and stunning lines

Beyond her environmental credentials, Project 713 highlights the significant economic impact of the superyacht industry in the Netherlands. This sector is a major contributor to the country's maritime industry, driving innovation, craftsmanship, and generating substantial employment opportunities across various skilled trades.
