Previously known as Feadship 1008, the 99.95m/ 327ft motor yacht MOONRISE emerged from the shed at Feadship’s facilities in Makkum today.
Project 1008, Feadship’s third-longest yacht, was officially launched today (7 Feb). She emerged from the hall at Feadship's XL yard in Makkum as MOONRISE.
It comes after her technical launch in August last year.
According to some sources, she is Feadship’s largest yacht to date in terms of volume.
The yacht's exteriors are by Studio de Voogt. According to the yard, they marry "sleek sensual lines with a modern masculine profile." She features a plumb bow, sharp lines and long stretches of dark glazing.
Exterior highlights include a foredeck helipad and a jacuzzi on the sundeck forward.
The yacht's interiors have been created by Remi Tessier Design, and follow a sophisticated, but minimal theme. High ceilings feature throughout, and she boasts a large beach club complete with a gym and wellness centre.
In total, the yacht provides accommodation for a total of 16 guests in eight staterooms.
It is not yet known whether the superyacht will become available for luxury yacht charters.
