Built for go-anywhere explorations, BELUGA combines an adventurous spirit with elegant styling and luxurious facilities. Usually based in Port Douglas for Great Barrier Reef yacht charters, she will be heading to the far-flung waters of Papua New Guinea for the first few months of 2019.

A Papua New Guinea yacht charter is likely to centre on the hundreds of untouched islands that lie north and east of the mainland. Here, dazzling white sand beaches, pristine coral reef and verdant jungles teaming with wildlife await your arrival offering seriously secluded surroundings.

After partaking in all these activities, guests can indulge in the luxurious amenities on board the Moonen yacht. Brilliant views of the region can be taken in from the sundeck while unwinding in the spa pool, and for an even better perspective, guests can ascend the monkey island or ‘grand crow’s nest’.

In the evening, the entire party can catch up over a delicious al fresco dinner cooked by the talented resident chef on the main deck aft before retreating for a nightcap in the adjoining seating area.

The main salon, with a sumptuous lounge and formal dining option, also provides elegant surrounds suitable for both entertaining and relaxing. To strike this balance, rich woods and a neutral colour palette have been used to fine effect throughout the interior of the expedition yacht.

The styling continues into the five staterooms, which include a master suite with a private office, two double cabins and two twin cabins with pullman berths. Up to 10 guests can sleep on board.
