Marc Fosh

Housed in the 17th-century Hotel Convent de la Missio in the heart of Palma, Majorca, the restaurant began as Simply Fosh before being reinvented in 2017. As well as changing names, the venue now brandishes a new look which replaces stuffy formality with laid-back, contemporary cool.

Expect lots of natural light, a black-and-white colour palette, palm trees growing out the floor, a cascading indoor waterfall, and more importantly, decadent, mouthwatering Mediterranean cuisine. There’s also a stylish bar and a central courtyard for dining alfresco.

As for the food, the menu reflects Marc Fosh’s passion for fresh, seasonal and local ingredients, which are cleverly combined to make innovative dishes with an emphasis on clean flavours.

The lunch menu changes every week while, at night, there is a more refined gastronomic experience where diners can pick from three tasting menus ranging from five to seven courses. Expect creations such as beetroot gazpacho with horseradish ‘ravioli’, sea bass with smoked eel, and guinea fowl with local truffles.
