Since its launch in 1990, the number of MIPIM charter yachts has steadily increased, with the show now attracting more than 20,000 visitors each year. Hosting a crowd of industry professionals and keynote speakers including political leaders, CEOs, and high-profile investors, the French Riviera-based event is unmissable for serious players on the global property scene.      

Held annually each March at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, MIPIM (translated as The International Market for Real Estate Professionals) is a four-day networking event for the world's biggest names in real estate, with the office, residential, retail, healthcare, sport, logistics, and industrial sectors all present.

Introduced in the 2024 edition, all Cannes and West Mediterranean yacht charter guests can expect a half-day summit called Housing Matters, which is focused on sustainable housing solutions. Created in collaboration with Co-Liv, the program builds on the successful introduction of the MIPIM Co-Liv Summit which was launched in 2023.

Covering housing solutions like built-to-rent, coliving, multi-family housing, and corporate housing, all visitors will have the chance to get a closer look at the innovations and proposed solutions to increasing sustainability in the housing sector.

In 2025, MIPIM introduced the UK Hub, a three-day conference, dedicated to showcasing investment opportunities in first-time exhibiting UK cities. This initiative aims to highlight major property and regeneration projects from across the UK, promoting cities in Scotland and England that have demonstrated resilience since the pandemic, reasserting their roles as drivers of national growth.

A dedicated platform for professionals in real estate, hospitality, tourism, and leisure to connect and build partnerships, HTL Connection is located in a new 500-square-meter tent at the entrance of La Croisette, offering premium exhibition spaces, enhanced networking opportunities, and a comprehensive three-day conference program.
