Samantha Lin) was built by Halter Marine in the United States at their New Orleans, LA shipyard and she was delivered to her owner in August 1999. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Trinity Yachts and she was last refitted in 2018.
Pangaea Ocean Explorer has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 11 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Pangaea Ocean Explorer is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3508 B) 8-cylinder 1,000hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 14 knots with a range of up to 12,000 nautical miles from her 246,052 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots.
