The award winning 38.7m/127' classic yacht 'Cariad' (ex. Fidra) was built by Summers & Payne at their Southampton shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Paul Spooner Design and she was completed in 1896. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of A.E. Payne and she was last refitted in 2023.
Cariad has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Cariad is built with a wood hull and wood superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by 1 x diesel Gardner (8LXB) 240hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 9 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 10 knots with a range of up to 1,152 nautical miles from her 5,000 litre fuel tanks. Her water tanks store around 1,750 Litres of fresh water.
