The 24m/78'9" open yacht 'Take Off' (ex. Umberto V) was built by Overmarine in Italy. Her interior is styled by Italian designer design house Overmarine and she was completed in 2004. She was last refitted in 2009.
Take Off has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M91) 2,000hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 35 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 43 knots with a range of up to 250 nautical miles from her 6,000 litre fuel tanks. Her low draft of 1.58m/5'2" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 1,300 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) classification society rules.
