The 27.86m/91'5" Sport Fisher yacht 'Silky' (ex. Flamingo Daze) was built by Sea Force IX in the United States at their Florida shipyard. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Ron Rookstool.
Silky has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests in 3 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 2 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MTU (MTU-16v2000-M94) 2,600hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 26 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 36 knots with a range of up to 1,000 nautical miles from her 4,370 gallon fuel tanks at 20 knots. Her low draft of 1.65m/5'5" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 500 Gallons of fresh water.
