The 28.65m/94' motor yacht 'Act Nine' was built by Horizon in Taiwan. Her interior is styled by British designer design house Evan K Marshall and she was completed in 2000. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Tommaso Spadolini.

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3412) engines, she comfortably cruises at 14 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 20 knots with a range of up to 1,070 nautical miles from her 14,000 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots.
