The 32.9m/107'11" motor yacht 'Fifth Avenue' was built by Sanlorenzo in Italy at their Ameglia shipyard. Her interior is styled by Italian designer design house Della Role Design and she was completed in 2008. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Sanlorenzo and she was last refitted in 2015.
Fifth Avenue has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising one VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Built with a composite hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V2000 M93) 2,400hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 24 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 27 knots with a range of up to 650 nautical miles from her 16,200 litre fuel tanks at 24 knots. Her water tanks store around 2,400 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules.
