2012 Asia Superyacht Rendezvous a Spectacular Success

Enticing an impressive array of top class luxury yachts, Bang Tao bay was a hive of activity for the length of the show, her stunning waters displaying yachts of all sizes, including a selection of the finest sail and motor yachts throughout Asia.

The chief sponsor of the show, Feadship Royal Dutch Shipyards, brought along three superb yachts including last years flagship vessel, Helix.

The 57.5 metre Royal Huisman superyacht Twizzle also made an appearance, as did two regal sailing yachts from Indonesia - Silolona and Si Datu Bua.The on-water display, featuring 10 yachts in total, provided an amazing setting for the events held by hotel Angsana Languna Phuket.

2012 was one of the best ASYR's that has ever been seen. Not classified as a regatta in a competitive sense, it is a fantastic opportunity for yacht owners and their crew to display their stunning yachts.

What really stands out this year is the quality and size of the fleet we have.
