Sporting a brand new name the 50m (163ft) superyacht LADY ELAINE (ex-Casino Royale) is a hugely popular charter platform, and has just revealed current charter availability from the beginning of June around the charming destinations of New England.
Delivered in 2008 by Vancouver-based shipyard Christensen, and refitted to a high standard in 2018, motor yacht LADY ELAINE forms part of John Staluppi and naval architect Frank Mulder’s Millennium line of custom yachts and, at the time of her launch, was the fleet’s largest and most opulent offering.
Her lavish interiors are indicative of the high level of detail embodied across the yacht’s four levels, featuring an array of intricate designs, including the yacht's famous roulette inlaid in the marble floor of the hallway, crafted from mother-of-pearl, petrified wood and black onyx.
She can sleep 12 guests across 6 suites, comprising a main deck full-beam master stateroom replete with a pink onyx marble ensuite with a large spa tub, with a further five cabins located off a central corridor on her lower deck completing the accommodation lineup.
The sundeck is sure to become a daytime hub of the yacht charter. A step-up hot tub with stainless steel railings and petrified wood inlay is located forward, offering guests the chance to unwind while taking in uninterrupted ocean vistas, and surrounding sun pads present enviable sunbathing opportunities.
Although representing one of the fleet’s most glamorous charter yachts in her size range, she’s not just a pretty face – LADY ELAINE is impeccably equipped for vacations in New England, with an expansive locker of all the latest water toys and accessories. She also boasts a 37-foot Intrepid chase tender for day-long excursions around the idyllic islands off USA's northeast coastline.
Often heralded as the birthplace of yachting, New England is steeped in maritime history with a coastline that stretches nearly 3,500 miles from top to bottom peppered with charming harbors and beautiful islands, where picture-perfect bays and quaint portside towns adorned with beautiful whitewashed houses abound.
From the exclusive yacht clubs and Gilded-Age mansions of Newport and boutique art galleries of Martha’s Vineyard to the enchanting islands of Nantucket and Cape Cod, New England is one of the most popular summer havens in the US for yacht charters.
