Still known as Amels Custom Project 78, the superyacht made waves with a successful launch this morning at Amels' specialist hull-building facility.
Built as the largest ever Amels superyacht in terms of gross tonnage, Amels Custom Project 78 was seen for the first time today during her launch ceremony.
The Espen Oeino-designed superyacht will now be transported to the shipyard's outfitting yard in Vlissingen. She is on schedule for delivery in 2021.
The owner's representative has commented on the project, saying; “This truly custom yacht, with stunning design both inside and out, could only be achieved with the greatest collaboration, having the very best of European design and the highest quality of construction and management.
"It has been a pleasure to represent the Owner throughout this prestigious build process and we look forward to her completion and delivery in 2021.”
The project was first unveiled at the 2017 Monaco Yacht Show, and she marks the first collaboration between Amels the renowned Espen Oeino.
The motor yacht's interiors are the work of Zuretti. She is expected to play host to a number of alluring features, including a foredeck dip pool, a jacuzzi and aft deck swimming pool.
This truly custom yacht could only be achieved with the greatest collaboration, having the very best of European design and the highest quality of construction and management.
It is not yet known whether this yacht will be available for private yacht charters.
