Sardinia yacht charters look to an indulgent future with double LVMH Porto Cervo rebrands

Debuting in 1965, the Romazzino has been dubbed as an 'ode to historical glamor' and is set to reopen as part of the Belmond chain.

Buying the Belmond hospitality group in 2019, LVMH has rebranded the indulgent hotel from its former Marriott association, with aims to emphasize the authentic historical assets built into, and around, the hotel.

With its captivating beachfront location, ideal for access from visiting Italy yacht charters, the Romazzino features a menu laden with exquisite seafood dishes, sprawling gardens with fragrant blooms and meditation sessions, plus an abundance of fitness facilities.

Scheduled to be rebranded in 2026, Cheval Blanc, also known as Hotel Pitrizza, debuted in the 1960s and is renowned for its luxury hospitality and premium gourmet dining. 

Designed by Italian architect Luigi Vietti, this captivating hotel is nestled in the northeast region of Sardinia, surrounded by beautiful, lush green countryside, and a selection of archaeological sites that can be included in Porto Cervo yacht charters.
