Secretive 103m Feadship Project 1011 launched over the weekend

With its distinctive profile and an array of luxurious amenities, Feadship's latest launch Project 1011 is a stunning motor yacht that stands out in the sea of opulent sea vessels. This project has recently exited the construction shed at the Feadship facility in Makkum, marking a significant milestone in its journey to completion.

Designed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design with naval architecture by Azure Yacht Design, Feadship 1011 is a masterpiece of luxury yacht design. Its clean-cut exterior lines and vertical bow give it a unique look and a strong personality. The yacht is also notable for its extensive use of exterior glass, which covers a whopping 1,100 square meters of the vessel. This includes twenty exterior sliding doors and twelve glass windbreaks.

The onboard amenities of Project 1011 are nothing short of opulent. There are four outdoor hot tubs and a swimming pool on the main deck for relaxing afternoons in the Mediterranean sun. The yacht also features a helicopter hangar under the forward helipad and eight hull doors, one of which leads to the largest tender garage door ever installed on a Feadship.

This project has been realized under the guidance of a highly experienced owner, who was deeply involved in every detail of the design and construction process. The owner's previous yacht was a 6,000GT vessel, and he wanted the Feadship 1011 to offer similar amenities and living space but in a smaller, more manageable design. The resulting yacht is a testament to the possibilities of intelligent space planning and innovative design.

The Feadship 1011's unique features also extend to its engine room. Unlike most yachts of this size, which typically have a two-tier engine room, the Feadship superyacht has a single-deck engine room. This innovative design allows for more interior volume to be devoted to guest use, something that is highly desirable for luxury charter yachts.
