Craig Stevens wowed judges in Antigua by displaying excellent culinary skills with a menu featuring scallop and cauliflower panna cotta and Newyln crab. The head chef is already renowned for his two Rosettes and serving up delicious versions of classics like the chocolate fondant, which previously was awarded first place at Boat International's Rendezvous' Chef Competition earlier this year.
