- Day 1
Treasure hunt at Warderick Wells Cay
Begin your journey at Warderick Wells Cay. With its glorious views, rare treasures and unique opportunities for its visitors, its the perfect place begin your charter.
A great way to start your tour of the Exumas is to anchor up to Warderick Wells. Famous for being the headquarters of the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park, this island provides an amazing glimpse into some truly unique treasures. One of which is Stromatolites, an extremely rare early life form from ancient times on Earth.
Climbing a trail to the top of Boo Boo Hill will give unrivalled panoramic views of the island and the Land and Sea Park. Keeping in with traditions take some driftwood, carved with the name of your boat, to the top of the hill to appease the gods. For those who have an interest in the Loyalist influences around the Bahamas, there are some fascinating ruins from a Loyalist plantation. Easy to reach, the 18th Century set of ruins also provide a lovely view of the island.
- Day 2
Swim with pigs at Staniel Cay
Staniel Cay is a must-stop destination for anyone in the Bahamas. Aside from the iconic swimming pigs, there's famous film spots, a beautiful beach and stunning wildlife.
When making your way over to Staniel Cay don't forget to make a stop at Big Major's Spot. For a unique experience, feed the world-famous swimming pigs who will get up close and personal with you in exchange for some great photographs.
Staniel Cay itself is also a must-see attraction for Bond fans. Used in the films Thunderball and Never Say Never Again, Thunderball Grotto is an exciting opportunity to snorkel around spectacular species of fish. The underwater experience also allows you to witness another James Bond feature, octopuses.
Onboard the island you can purchase local delicacies and also visit a beautiful church set in a stunning location. Staniel Cay is also the closest landing strip to your next destination, Compass Cay.
- Day 3
Take the plunge at Compass Cay
Compass Cay is an ideal family spot. Children (and adults) can conquer their fears and recover on the plethora of beautiful sandy beaches.
Hanging out on the dock at Compass Cay Marina is the perfect way to cure any fears of sharks. Friendly nurse sharks mount the dock for you to pet them. This incredible experience is suitable for all ages and will completely change your mind set on these normally ferocious animals.
After meeting the sharks stretch your legs by taking the glorious jungle walk, and if you're feeling brave take on the 92 foot highest peak on the island.
Rejoin the world of relaxation by enjoying some of the 13 luxurious beaches Compass Cay has to offer. Keep yourself refreshed during your visit by indulging in Rachel's Bubble Bath, the natural pool of sea foam from mother nature.
- Day 4
Experience a private island at Shroud Cay
Shroud Cay provides privacy beyond all measure creating an idyllic paradise
Your next port of call is to an uninhabited area which forms a part of the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park. Completely untouched by any outside influence this island is the perfect setting to create your very own private island escape for the day.
Taking your tether around the narrow rivers you can be treated to spectacular sights which look like they have never been seen by any other humans. Feeling like you are marooned on a desert island this is an experience of paradise at its purest.
Back into the main body of water, you are likely to witness more fish species than you can count and even encounter some turtles.
- Day 5
Jump around from Allan to Norman to Highbourne Cay
These three small islands are conveniently located allowing visitors to island-hop within the same day. Each offers a different slice of the Bahamas life.
Whilst on route to Highbourne Cay make a pit stop at Allan's Cay to feed some friendly iguanas, who will gladly take any fruit they are offered. Completely tame, the iguanas will approach you and even pause to pose for a photograph.
Another quick stop is to Norman's Cay. A great opportunity for a dive, you can explore the wreckage of a drug smuggler's plane. Used in the late 70s, the famous drug smuggler Carlos Ledher had his base here and has since become a major tourist location.
On to Highbourne Cay and you can enjoy one of the 8 beaches covered in ultra soft white sand. Once a watermelon plantation, this island is famous for being shaped as the letter H and hosts a likely scenario that your footprints can be the only footprints in the sand.
- Day 6
Play in the Pink Sand Beach on Harbour Island
On your last day before heading back you are in for a treat. Harbour Island is world renowned for the three mile stretch of pretty pink sand. Picture perfect in every way this is the place to create some amazing memories from your trip to the Exumas.
Commonly known as Briland by the locals, Harbour Island is littered with flower lined streets and English colonial buildings. Hiring a golf cart, you can navigate around the streets with ease and tempt yourself to local treats and cuisine.
To finish your trip to Harbour Island investigate the taunting spectacle of Devil's Backbone. Called as such because of the navigational hazard to boats, the raised corals also provide amazing glimpses of the underwater life. Swimming just a few yards off the pink sand you can enjoy a natural phenomenon.

Navigate Nassau
Home of the iconic Atlantis hotel, Nassau is the perfect place for your final stop.
Take a day to explore Atlantis. This famous hotel has a sublime collection of attractions to keep you occupied for weeks. Whether you are a sportsman or a lady of leisure, there is something here with your name on it.
Reintroduce yourself to sharks by walking through the underwater tunnel and experience more of the delightful creatures from the ocean in the Atlantis Marine Habitat. Continue the natural theme by picking up a woven tote to go shelling.
To revive your body from the sedentary lifestyle have a round of completing the par 72 championship golf course. Designed by Tom Weiskopf this course is surrounded by stunning views of the Bahamas and is a special way to end an amazing week of chartering.
