EuropExpo and the Grand Pavois Organisation take over the running of the China Xiamen International Boat Show from 2013.
The CXIBS was created in 2008 and has developed quickly to become one of the most crucial events in the Asian yachting calendar.
Taking over the Xiamen Marina, the show takes up 30,000 square metres of land-based exibition space as well as 20,000 square metres on the water. 200 boats will be on display.
Both EuropExpo and the Grand Pavois Organisation are hoping this change will build on their development strategy within China.
