During the 2014 Asia Superyacht Rendezvous in Thailand, the 73m/240ft Lürssen-built charter yacht TITANIA was spotted with a striking new mascot on her bowsprit.
In November we reported that the 95m/312ft newly-built motor yacht KISMET by Lürssen had revealed a beautiful silver jaguar mascot while she was anchored in London. In this image taken by Guy Nowell, it now seems another Lürssen superyacht - the imposing M/Y TITANIA - has acquired an equally impressive silver mascot of a woman leaning out towards the ocean.

The positioning of extravagant mascots is usually seen on high end classic cars such as Rolls Royce’s as well as more traditional sailing yachts. However there now appears to be a growing trend of luxury superyachts being fitted with these interesting design features, particularly amongst Lürssen-built superyachts with the 90m/295 luxury charter yacht ‘Phoenix 2’ boasting a stunning silver eagle.
The eye-catching effect of TITANIA’s new addition certainly suits the grandeur of this highly regarded charter yacht. Following her appearance in the popular charter destination of Thailand, she headed out the breathtaking cruising grounds of the Indian Ocean and is available for Maldives luxury yacht charters over the winter.
