Oceanco superyacht BARBARA confirms attendance at Monaco Yacht Show 2018

Among the superb selection of yachts that will be on display at the Monaco Yacht Show next month, 89m/290ft motor yacht BARBARA is the latest set to attend.

Jointly crowned the 65th largest superyacht in the world, superyacht BARBARA commands attention- which is exactly what she will receive when she’s presented at Monaco’s Port Hercules in a few weeks’ time. She is one of a handful of superyachts available for sale at this year's Monaco Yacht Show.

Built in 2017, she is the dream option for a luxury yacht charter experience thanks to her abundance of amenities which will ensure her guests are immersed in comfort and enjoyment while on board. Stand-out features include spa-inspired living spaces, a state-of-the-art pool and retractable balconies that blur the interior and exterior spaces.

Exquisitely designed down to the last detail, BARBARA is a masterpiece of luxury and sophistication, both inside and out. Her exterior gleams owing to a combination of black paint and glass panelling which extends to her gently curving corners and lend her a smooth, polished finish. Sam Sorgiovanni, a long-time Oceanco designer and collaborator, is responsible for her exterior and interior design and chose to contrast the black with a crisp, creamy white on her upper decks. Double-vaulted ceilings create her striking profile, which sports beautifully blended concave lines.

Inside, her spacious living spaces are furnished with plush fabrics, rich textures and grand ornaments. Glistening espresso black is a popular choice throughout, but well-appointed light fixtures paired with gold and neutral tones ensure that her interior isn’t dark or shadowy. Her seamless layout is ideal for larger charter parties, and an elevator serves all floors. She sleeps 12 guests across six cabins, all of them carefully designed to marry style with comfort.

Stepping out onto one of the superyacht BARBARA’s 4 decks, guests will find plenty of spaces to unwind and relax. An ample sun deck boasts the pool and an assortment of sun pads, and the upper deck is replete with loungers and al fresco dining area where those on board can enjoy meals under the sun with friends.
