Echo Yachts has launched its 84m/275ft superyacht ‘White Rabbit’ - the world’s largest tri-hulled yacht and the largest ever yacht to be built in Australia.
The launch of White Rabbit – previously known as ‘White Rabbit Golf’ - took place over the weekend at Echo Yachts’ facilities in Perth, Western Australia. She will now undergo sea trials and final outfitting before being delivered later this year.
Much excitement surrounds the project as not only will it be the largest tri-hulled yacht ever built, but it will also be the world's largest full aluminium yacht, a title currently held by the 77m/252ft charter yacht ‘Silver Fast’.
Another impressive stat is the width of White Rabbit's beam. At 20 metres, it eclipses the beam on other superyachts of a similar length and, as such, she will be far more voluminous.
Behind the exterior lines and technical elements of this generously proportioned yacht is Australian design studio Sorgiovanni Design and naval architects One2Three.
ALIA Interiors, meanwhile, is responsible for the interior styling, which will feature art deco overtones with gold accents and custom furniture. She will be able to accommodate 12 guests.
The photos below show off the superyacht at an exclusive reveal function held at the yard last month.
